1. Introduction

Welcome to CreativeMentorWay! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services, programs, and offerings in the field of Singapore creative business mentoring services and business development. By engaging our mentoring services or entering into an entrepreneur relationship, you agree to these terms and commit to fully complying with them under Singapore law.

2. Service Eligibility

2.1. Entrepreneur Status – Our mentoring services are designed for qualified individuals, business seekers, and strategic entities in Singapore seeking specialized business development and mentoring support. When engaging our services, we request information about your business goals, mentoring requirements, and specific growth needs to help appropriate service provision under Singapore strategic law.
2.2. Representation – Participation in our business development services requires prior consultation and formal engagement agreement by CreativeMentorWay. You are obligated to provide accurate and current information regarding your mentoring matters in accordance with Singapore strategic standards.
2.3. Professional Guidelines – We expect professional conduct and compliance with all Singapore strategic and regulatory requirements. Any form of misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, or unethical behavior may result in termination of mentoring services.
2.4. Confidentiality – Entrepreneurs commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive mentoring matters and information shared during the course of our professional relationship under Singapore strategic privacy rules.

3. Service Engagement and Payment

3.1. Service Engagement – Mentoring service agreements can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our Singapore offices and are binding after our written confirmation and signed mentoring agreement.
3.2. Payment Terms – Mentoring service fees are due within 14 days of invoicing and are payable in SGD. We accept bank transfers through Singapore banking institutions, major credit cards, and certified payments.
3.3. Corporate Engagements – For mentoring services engaged by Singapore strategic organizations for their business development, separate payment terms may be agreed, which are specified in the respective mentoring service agreement.
3.4. Cancellation Policy – For cancellations up to 14 days before scheduled mentoring services, 25% of the mentoring fee will be retained; for cancellations up to 7 days before, 50%. For later cancellations, the full mentoring fee will be charged subject to work completed, in accordance with Singapore strategic practice standards.

4. Service Design and Changes

4.1. Mentoring Service Planning and Implementation

  • CreativeMentorWay reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and assigned strategic practitioners across our Singapore offices.
  • In case of scheduling conflicts or mentoring priorities, services may be rescheduled or reassigned within our Singapore mentoring network.
  • Service changes will be communicated to entrepreneurs as early as possible.
    4.2. Mentoring Documents – All mentoring documents, business templates, and professional resources are the intellectual property of CreativeMentorWay or our Singapore mentoring partners. The materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission under Singapore intellectual property law.

5. Specialized Services

5.1. Registration – For our Premium Mentoring and specialized Singapore creative business mentoring services, separate engagement conditions apply, which are communicated before service commencement and are binding under Singapore contract law.
5.2. Cancellation Conditions – Cancellations for these comprehensive mentoring service packages must be made at least 21 days in advance to receive a partial refund. For later cancellations, 75% of the mentoring fee will be retained in accordance with Singapore strategic practice standards.
5.3. Entrepreneur Selection – For certain specialized mentoring services, we reserve the right to select entrepreneurs based on criteria such as business level, growth goals, and mentoring capacity to help optimal mentoring outcomes within the Singapore strategic framework.

6. Disclaimer and Warranty

6.1. Liability – CreativeMentorWay is only liable in cases of professional negligence or misconduct on the part of our mentoring team under Singapore professional liability standards. We assume no liability for the business decisions made by entrepreneurs based on our mentoring advice.
6.2. Professional Responsibility – Entrepreneurs are responsible for the implementation of mentoring advice and compliance with regulatory requirements in their business activities. The application of mentoring counsel is at their own discretion and takes into account their specific business circumstances and strategic tolerance under Singapore law.

7. Facilities and Property

7.1. Use of Facilities – Office facilities and equipment at our Singapore locations must be treated with care and respect. Entrepreneurs are liable for any willful damage to our mentoring offices or equipment in Orchard Road, Marina Bay, or Sentosa.
7.2. Valuables – We assume no liability for personal items and valuables left in our Singapore mentoring facilities. Secure storage options are available for sensitive documents at all our Singapore offices.

8. Data Privacy

8.1. Data Processing – The processing of personal and mentoring data is in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and entrepreneur confidentiality requirements under Singapore data protection law, which are considered essential parts of these Terms and Conditions and should be read carefully.
8.2. Photo and Video Material – At selected mentoring events and professional seminars, photo and video material may be created for documentation and marketing purposes. Entrepreneurs can object to the use of their image at any time in accordance with Singapore privacy rights.

9. Refund Policy

9.1. Service Satisfaction – CreativeMentorWay is committed to providing exceptional business development and professional services under Singapore strategic standards. If you are not satisfied with our mentoring services or development quality, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer appropriate compensation, such as partial refunds or additional mentoring consultation at no cost.
9.2. Service Cancellation by CreativeMentorWay – In the event that we must cancel or withdraw from business development due to conflicts of interest or professional obligations under Singapore strategic ethics, we will provide a full refund of unused mentoring fees or assist in transitioning development to qualified Singapore strategic practitioners. We will make every effort to notify you of any development changes as early as possible.
9.3. Refund Processing – All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method in SGD. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy terms outlined in section 3.4 and may be prorated based on mentoring services already provided and work completed.
9.4. Exceptional Circumstances – In cases of force majeure, changes in Singapore law affecting service delivery, or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Singapore commercial law and professional strategic standards.
9.5. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through mediation under Singapore law before potential litigation. Entrepreneurs have the right to lodge complaints with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) regarding professional conduct matters.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. Severability Clause – Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid under Singapore law, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
10.2. Applicable Law – These Terms and Conditions are subject to Singapore law and the regulations of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Orchard Road, Singapore, to the extent legally permissible under Singapore civil procedure law.
10.3. Language – These Terms and Conditions are provided in English for international entrepreneurs. In case of legal disputes, the English version shall prevail as required by Singapore legal procedure.
10.4. Updates – CreativeMentorWay reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as required by changes in Singapore law or professional regulations. Entrepreneurs will be notified of significant changes via email or through notices posted at our Singapore offices.
